2x12 Foundation Study

We believe one of the most important aspects to building partnerships is listening to our stakeholders!  At the beginning of the 2022-23 school year, we wanted to get feedback from our stakeholders to learn more about their knowledge and perspectives on the goals, progress, and direction of our Lorain County BAC. We also wanted the new Director of Workforce Development to have the opportunity to meet with each stakeholder group. The stakeholder groups we identified were Superintendent, Curriculum, Principal, School Counselor, Teacher, Student , Business, Health Care partner, Manufacturer partner, Information Technology partner, Economic/Workforce Development partner, Sector Organization partner.  We interviewed two individuals from each of the total stakeholder groups for a total of twenty four interviews.
