WHO WE ARE

Our goal is to connect students’ aptitudes, interests, and talents with local education and career pathways while helping employers build a stronger pipeline of future talent. Through career exploration, work-based learning, and stronger connections between students and employers, we seek to retain more Lorain County talent, address workforce needs, and strengthen our local economy.
