For French this month, we have been learning different greetings and how to take part in short conversations. We have learnt:

• Different ways to say hello and goodbye

• How to ask someone their name and age and share these with others.

• How to ask someone how they are and discuss how we feel

It's been really lovely to see how much their confidence has improved when listening and talking in French.

For PE, we have been learning the basics of tennis and practising our bat and ball skills. We've used a range of equipment to help us improve our skills, such as balloons, hitting hands, balloon balls, foam balls and pom poms. The children have got much better at holding the racket, aiming at targets and demonstrating good hand-eye coordination.
