Health and Wellbeing

It has been really lovely teaching and getting to know P2B over the last month.

This month P2B have been focusing on emotions as part of their Health and Wellbeing learning. We've learn to share what emotions we have been feeling in our hearts through drawing and have played games to help us understand how people express different feelings they experience. As well as this, we’ll be learning different ways to help us when we are experiencing difficult emotions. We will also be creating a class book to give people advice on different techniques to feel better when we feel upset, annoyed, worried or disappointed.

During our P.E. lessons., we are developing our fitness skills through a variety of different exercises. Each week, we will look at how we can build our stamina and resilience to help us achieve personal fitness goals.
