I was on the verge of quitting my training business when Covid19 came and MCO was enforced. Joining VLC 1.0 was one of the best decision I have made. Lack of engagement is one of the major challenges for online learning but that is not the case for VLC. COVID-19 have effected many businesses, including mine. In time of trouble, Francis Jee, my fellow trainer came like an angel sent by God and introduced VLC (Virtual LearnCaster Certification) to me.

It is a tough journey especially for someone like me who is not tech-savvy. But the VLC has equipped me so well and within 3 weeks I managed to conduct my first ever webinar as my final assignment!
