Analysis of Electromagnetic Reflectivity complete - Refractive indices found.
Electromagnetic Transmission (attenuation coefficient) progress: Most of our frequency range will pass through our system. The higher frequency waves (microwaves) may be a problem.
Design of top plate and fastening method completed.
Alternative designs of electrical traces are being produced.

Absorption of Electromagnetic Signal through Aluminum Nitride for high frequency waves (microwave region).
Fabrication of the chip mounting bracket needs to be precise - it can either not be close enough to provide good thermal contact, or be too close and apply too much pressure on the chip.
