Year 11.6

A year to remember.....

This has been a rollercoaster—from the chaos of coursework to the calm (and not-so-calm) before exams. Through it all, our form class has stuck together. We’ve shared laughs, supported each other, and made memories that we’ll look back on with a smile (and maybe a cringe or two).

Whether it was early morning chats, random debates, or those “quick” assemblies that weren’t so quick, every moment added something to our story. We’ve grown—not just as students, but as people—and this page is a little snapshot of the time we spent together.

Empowered lessons

Students engage actively in hands-on activities during Empowered lessons, collaborating, problem-solving, and showcasing creativity. Focused faces, teamwork, and dynamic learning moments highlight their growing confidence, skills, and independence.

Term 1 Awards

Students proudly receive their awards for Term 1, celebrating their hard work, dedication, and achievements. Smiling faces and proud moments capture the spirit of perseverance and success as the school community comes together to recognize their outstanding efforts.

Cancer Awareness day

Students and staff proudly wore blue and pink, participated in awareness activities, and shared powerful messages of support and hope. Through their actions, they united to raise awareness, inspire strength, and show solidarity with those affected by cancer.

Qatar National Day Celebrations

We celebrated Qatar National Day with pride, dressed in traditional attire and surrounded by maroon and white decorations. Cultural performances, music, and art fill the school with a festive spirit, showcasing Qatar’s rich heritage and unity.

International Day celebrations

Our community came together to celebrate International Day with vibrant displays of culture, tradition, and community spirit. Colorful decorations fill the school grounds as students proudly showcase traditional attire from around the world. Booths and tables are lined with cultural artifacts, crafts, and delicious foods representing a variety of countries. Performances, including dances, songs, and musical acts, bring energy and joy to the event. Smiling faces, waving flags, and shared laughter capture the spirit of unity, diversity, and global understanding.
