Mr Diego Cabrera
About Me :)
My name is Diego Cabrera and I am from Venezuela. I have been in Doha for more than 7 years. I have worked for a couple of years in Gr 1 and Gr 4. I also have worked as a Year 5 Teacher for five years in EMS. Now, this is my second year in Year 3. My teaching experience goes for more than ten years in different countries and curriculums.
I currently hold a BA degree in Education with a major in ESL. I also hold a MA in Multidisciplinary Studies in International Education.
I am looking forward to an incredible and joyous school year.

About Me!
Hello! My name is Farah. This is my 3rd year teaching year 3 at the English Modern School. I have a BA in Elementary Education and a Diploma in Educational Leadership and Management from the American University of Beirut. Currently, I am pursuing a Master degree in Multidisciplinary Studies.
I love teaching and learning new things with my students every day.
I like cooking, boxing and hiking. I am looking forward to a great year filled with fun and learning!

A little bit about me...
Hello! My name is Anette. This will be my 9th year teaching and my 3rd year teaching at EMS, but my first year teaching Year 3. I previously taught Year 2 students. I am from a small town called Parys in South Africa.
I love the outdoors and grew up on a farm. I've been in Doha for 5 years, and is so happy to be back at EMS after a short break back home. I hold a B.Ed Degree in Foundation Phase R-3 and would love to open my own school where I can teach kids to cook.
I love baking, painting, dancing and singing. Looking forward to teaching you fun and exciting things. See you soon!!

About Me:
Hi! My name is Kris and I’m from the Philippines. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Education with specialisation in Mathematics. I have been living in Qatar for 8 years.
It is my fifth academic year at EMS and it is my first year teaching in Year 3. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s Degree in Multidisciplinary Studies.
I look forward to a fun - filled academic year with everyone.

Hello, my name is Hanan and I am from Palestine. This is my 8th year in Doha and teaching at EMS.
During my free time, I enjoy cooking, baking, traveling and spending time with my family.
I am excited for this year and can’t wait to meet my new students.
