Old Pueblo Hall Exhibits required for ALL projects by ALL Pima County Fair Exhibitors.
Those showing at the 2025 Pima County Fair must enter an exhibit into OPH that is related to their fair project. For those with multiple fair projects, each project must be represented in their OPH exhiibit. Whether that be one exhibit that encompasses all of their projects, or multiple exhibtits, either is acceptable. Each individual showman should be creating their own exhibit for OPH based on their individual projects. This excludes FFA members.
OWNERSHIP DEADLINE:
March 15th 2025- Ownership is declared on the Form for all Members. Please Note: Except newborn kids.
§ Signed Lease Papers (if applicable should be included in your online enrollment for project ownership.)
§ Proof of Quality Assurance under YQCA should be submitted as well.
§ Forms will not be accepted after 11:59 PM on the deadline date.
FAIR CHECK-IN DATE:
Monday, April 21st, 2025- 4:00 PM- 8:00 PM
Goats must be checked-in only during the check-in times. Animals cannot be left at the fairgrounds without being checked in. Late check-ins are not permissible. Please plan accordingly
SHOW DATE:
Thursday, April 24th, 2025; 9:00 AM
FAIR CHECK OUT DATE:
Sunday, April 27th, 2025- 6:00 PM (All project animals, exhibits, and poster must remain until 6:00 PM)
§ Friday, April 6th, 2025 11:59 PM- Project leaders are required to submit a list of approved youth that are eligible to participate in the 2023 Pima County Fair.
IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION OF THE PIMA COUNTY FAIR- NEW DATES AND DEADLINES WILL BE SENT OUT VIA EMAIL.

Those showing at the 2025 Pima County Fair must enter an exhibit into OPH that is related to their fair project. For those with multiple fair projects, please select one project to represent in OPH. Each individual showman should be creating their own exhibit for OPH based on their individual project. Exhibits can include posters (22"x28" or smaller), photography, baking, welding, etc. feel free to get creative with these exhibits. This excludes FFA members.

10- 3 Year Milker: Born in 2022
11- 4 Year Milker: Born in 2021
12- Aged Milker: Born in 2020 or before
13- Senior Champion & Reserve Champion Doe
14- Grand & Reserve Champion Best Udder of Breed
15- Senior Get of Sire: 3 does of the same breed, one doe must be in milk, from same sire, name of sire on entry. May borrow one.
16- Dam and Daughter: Dam with one daughter (any age), same breed.
17- Produce of Dam: two daughters (any age)
18- Best Three Females: 3 does of the same breed. Any age all owned by exhibitor. (One (1) entry per exhibitor)

Prospect Buckling Class: Buckling’s must be under 2 months of age, tattooed in accordance with ADGA Guidelines, and recorded on seasonal pass. We must have a minimum of 3 buckling’s entered for the
