- Exhibitor must submit a picture of them with their calf from the front where you can read the 2 ear tags, from the right side, and from the left side (For steers Right Ear must have date of birth on tag and left ear must have self inspection ID # on tag)
- Must have proof of completing a Quality Assurance class that is valid through 05/01/2024 (Take it online at www.yqcaprogram.org)
- Bill of Sale or Lease Contract and Self-Inspection form
- Seasonal Pass (download, fill out and mail in with $5 https://agriculture.az.gov/animals/animal-services-inspections/livestock-inspections/seasonal-passes)
- All cattle should be fully dehorned and healed at the time of ear-tagging
- Testicles must be removed or have a band in place.
