Old Pueblo Hall Exhibits required for ALL projects by ALL Pima 4-H County Fair Exhibitors.
Those showing at the 2025 Pima County Fair must enter an exhibit into OPH that is related to their fair project. For those with multiple fair projects, please select one project to represent in OPH. Each individual showman should be creating their own exhibit for OPH based on their individual project. Exhibits can include posters (22"x28" or smaller), photography, baking, welding, etc. feel free to get creative with these exhibits. This excludes FFA members.
AB. All Market beef may be subject to a random drug test any time during the fair.

A. Up to three beef may be tagged.
B. Ownership and registration papers must be in the exhibitor's name or proof of possession of same documents at the time of ear-tagging and check - in.
C. Cost to enter is $25.00 per exhibitor; there will be no refunding of entry fees. Please note this in addition to the ear tagging fee. The entry fee will be collected as follows: $10 at ear tagging and $15 at time of turning in beef for processing.
D. All Carcass steers must have a 2024/2025 Pima County market ear tag.
E. The exhibitor must provide a Seasonal Pass per the Arizona Department of Agriculture prior to weigh-in/check-in at the U of A Campus Agricultural Center.
F. A carcass steer must be over 950 pounds at check-in.
G. Steer carcasses must be processed at the U of A Food Product and Safety Lab.
H. Each carcass steer exhibitor must complete a Custom Harvest Agreement with the U of A Food Product Safety Lab.
I. Beef Carcass animals will be consigned to packer at the current market price established by the packer or processed for home use only. If for home use, slaughter and processing fees will be paid by exhibitor. No sales of this class will be through the livestock auction.
J. Prizes will be given based upon number of participants.
