We request the following help from all RPs, CPs and volunteers:

• Help post flyers in temples. Request help from volunteers to print a few and post in their respective areas. 

• Radio, email local database and social media advertisement 

• Reach out to your local Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam associations to help promote this free event to their groups. 

• Reach out to key people from the National association presidents (TANA, ATTA, AKKA, etc) - or provide details to the planning team listed in the flier.  

• Help post flier and promos in respective Ekal groups and social media

Recognition of supporting organizations during the concert by listing the names and logos via the vertical scroll and social media. If uploading a logo then you need to make sure they are not random file names but file names with Org and City name.

Make short video clips (up to 4 total) for each region/Chapter

  A) We can share them on all social media handles

  B) send with the editable fliers in your regions 

Videos must be made in:

  A) landscape mode

  B) bright background

  C) include the event flyer

  D) clear voice

 Horizontal Scroll

Donations collected on or after the event dashboard is setup until the date of the event will be displayed on the horizontal scroll during the event (rolling ticker at bottom of the screen)

 Vertical Scroll

National Newsletter is sent every Thursday to all donors.

Ekal office can set Chapter specific mailers through constant contact. Kindly send Flyer/content to send to donors and how frequently to be sent to eventusa@ekal.org.
