Each volunteer is requested to watch the following 3 videos prior to organizing the annual event activities with Chapter President. These videos describe how to organize an event, manage all activities before, during, and after the event to successful completion, and communicate with Ekal's main office in Houston to take care of expenses, ticket sales, and donations collected.
