Making a Referral
Who can apply?
Referrals can be made by any Essex primary school within reasonable travelling distance of each provsion. Parents or carers wishing to know more, should ask their child's school to contact us.
How to apply
Complete and return the referral form to hdavis@whitebridge.efspt.org At least 2 weeks before the panel meeting. (see panel dates).
The Process
Referrals are heard by a panel made up of local head teachers, provsion leads, inclusion partners and when possible, a SENDOPS representitive.
If your referral is unsuccessful, advice will be given to help you to support your pupil within school.
If your referral is successful, you will meet the provsion team and begin the New Starter process.
