Making a Referral 

Who can apply? 

Referrals can be made by any Essex primary school within reasonable travelling distance of each provision.  Parents or carers wishing to know more, should ask their child's school to contact us. 

How to apply

Complete and return the Referral Form to hdavis@whitebridge.efspt.org for KS2 placements, or vrees@lambourne.efspt.org for EYFS/KS1 placements. Please refer to the panel dates tab for submission dates. 

Please note: We now have a 'Request for Support guidance document that you may find useful when completing your referral  

The Process

Referrals are heard by a panel made up of local head teachers, provision leads, inclusion partners and when possible, a SENDOPS representative. 

If your referral is unsuccessful, advice will be given to help you to support your pupil within school. 

If your referral is successful, you will meet the provision team and begin the New Starter process.
