UNDERSTANDING THE DIFFERENT PERSPECTIVES OF DAILY LIFE STRESS
I wrote a book about the main types of stress that affect teenagers. Each of the chapters is dedicated to one main cause of stress and the psychology behind it. the book also contains advice on how to deal with specific types of stress and how to look at it positively. I made sure the way the book was written will attract people to read and draw the reader's attention since nowadays reading had become less of a source for information; we all tend to lean towards Google, right? I chose my product to be in the form of an eBook to be more accessible and sustainable.
As a teenager myself, I suffer from high levels of stress and anxiety and it is very challenging to "block/forget" them and live a relaxed life without constantly thinking about different scenarios that cause the stress. My goal was to allow the reader to realize that they do not need to struggle alone and quietly; there is always a solution to a problem. There WILL be lightly seen from the dark.

ADVICE FOR FUTURE NINTH GRADERS:
In my opinion. the most important step is to choose a topic that you are interested in and you will not regret!
Make sure not to overcomplicate things so that you can avoid extra stress in the long run.
Track and write down your research and investigation, planning, goals/ideas, evaluation, etc! Most of the criteria that you will be graded on will depend on these aspects. Make sure to update your process journal. 30 minutes a week is better than trying to write 6 months' worth of text in one day!
Connect with your supervisor. It is important to ask for feedback and opinions. Having a supervisor is beneficial since you know you have someone that can help you, especially since this is a self-directed project.
Do not procrastinate! I know it can be hard, so instead of having to cram the whole project a week before it's due, work on it one or two days a week for 30 minutes starting from the beginning of the school year. Time manage!!!
Choose something that you are comfortable doing, as you will only be able to do it alone.
Most importantly have fun!
Good Luck :)
