Fight Your Stress Monster
Stress affects everyone. It can completely take over anyone’s life. Stress is a monster.
For my Personal Project, I wanted to spread awareness on the importance of managing stress. I wanted to help people get rid of their stress, or prevent stress from emerging into their lives. However, stress affects all people differently, and so managing stress is also a very individual process. My goal was to write a book, in which I could spread awareness and helpful tips on managing stress through personal stories.
"Fight Your Stress Monster" will take you to the lives of six stress warriors and each of their own stress monsters. In each chapter, you will go through one day of each character's life, learning how they conquer their stress monsters. Every chapter resembles a new coping method of stress, and the book includes several mental health organisations at the end.

Tips For Future 9th Graders
The personal project can often seem like an overwhelming project following an endless amount of work. However, this does not have to always be the case. My main tips for completing the Personal Project are to work hard, manage your time wisely, and most importantly, enjoy. Choose a topic that really interests you, trust me, it makes a difference!
