A Catholic Jesuit school that includes 4,800 undergraduate students from 38 different faith backgrounds, Gonzaga University is located on 153 acres that border the Spokane River and the Logan Residential Neighborhood.
Making the fifteen-minute walk to downtown Spokane, Gonzaga students have access to shopping, theatre, concerts, galleries, restaurants, and Riverfront Park, once the site of the World’s Fair. Gonzaga offers 49 majors, 58 minors and 49 concentrations in five undergraduate schools: Arts & Sciences, Business Administration, Education, Engineering & Applied Science, and Nursing & Human Physiology.
Gonzaga allows for close student-faculty interaction; professors teach all courses, including labs. The academic environment encourages critical thinking and contemplative action, as well as offers great access to research, design projects, and internships.
GU offers automatic international student merit scholarships and opportunities to apply for additional ones.
