Welcome to the Wellbeing Resource Hub. On this page, you will find a range of additional resources to support your child's wellbeing during this time. You will find activities and resources from The Resilience Project program that focus on the values of G.E.M (Gratitude, Empathy and Mindfulness). These resources are available to support parents, caregivers and guardians who wish to continue implementing wellbeing practices in the home environment. This resource is an addition to tasks that teachers have set for their class through Seesaw.
We are excited to launch TRP @ Home!
TRP @ Home is a platform that provides activities, resources and ideas to support the wellbeing of students and their families throughout this period of remote/online learning.
TRP @ Home has been designed to provide families with easy to implement learning activities and digital content linked to the The Resilience Projects key principles; Gratitude, Empathy, Mindfulness & Emotional Literacy.
These principles are simple to do and are supported by research that shows practising them everyday will help you feel happier and more resilient. Just like anything in life if you want to become better at something, you just need to practise!
We understand parents and carers will play a big role in delivering much of the TRP @ Home content, so we have developed a Parent & Carer information page to support. Please click the button above to view our support materials.
Having kids at home can be a good thing, but it’s something out of the ordinary on a 24/7 basis for an undetermined length of time.
To assist you in maintaining the good mental health of your child/ren, the link below leads you to a resource chock-dull of information activities and advice. Please take the time to check it out.
Talking to your child about COVID-19 can be challenging, and we know some parents might be unsure about how to answer their questions.
