Working From Home wer can sometimes forget the general exercise that we get during a normal day. Walking to and from classes; walking around on playground duty; walking to and from the car and stopping off at the shops on the way home to get some groceries.
Now we are all basically going no further from out home desk to the kitchen and keeping going to the shops to an absolute minimum.
So try to fit in some movement during the day. At least once an hour get up and move around. Go out into the Garden and get some Sun. Vitamin D is important to good health and your imune system. If you have a pet take out a few minutes to play with it. (It will surely enjoy the extra attention) If you have children take them out into the garden and throw a ball around for 10 minutes. If you can fit in 5 - 10 minutes you can try some of the exercises shown in the videos. Please remember I did say try. Do not start any exessive exercise if you have not done much in the past. Keep it simple like the last video below.
