Maybe you would like to get a few lessons setup and ready to go. Here is how you can use ZOOM to pre-record a lesson and then send it out to students to watch. Take note of the great annotation setting that will take down what you are saying and display it when the Students watch the video. No Excuses about didn't hear what you said.
If you are hosting any large zoom meetings or you just want to check who attended your last meeting.
You can get a usage report of attendance data that can be downloaded as an excel file.

HOW TO JOIN A MEETING VIA A LINK
Copy amd paste the link to Chrome browser.
You can join by SSO by typing nsweducation [.zoom.us]
if it asks for your email use: Name.Name@education.nsw.gov.au
If it shows the Portal Logon use: Name.Name@det.nsw.edu.au and your PW
You may see a link that says download the Zoom client so you can try that if you are not sure you have it or not.
It should then go into the meeting asking you to JOIN or JOIN with AUDIO. Either way click it.
If you do not have Sound or Others can not hear you check the ^ Audio ICON If you have a Cam and they can not see you Click the Start Video ICON
