If Teams pops up Automatically on Startup here is how to stop that while it is not being used. Three Easy Clicks.
(1) With Teams open click on the three dots.
(2) Click on Settings
(1) Remove the Tick on "Open Application on Start"
Or you can tick "Run in Background" for future use if you like. which will hide the window when opening.
