1. Cannot edit Adobe Acrobat files.
- The Adobe Acrobat DC needed to is not on your PC.
Solution: On your desktop screen where the writing is DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION Send an email requesting the Acrobat DC to me and the
following details. Device name (the last 5 digits) Room Allocation (eg. B00J L02 R2022)
2. You may already have Adobe Acrobat DC but it is asking you to log on. The first time you run the program you will need to log on to authenticate its use on your PC as an Education Registered product.
Look to the middle of the SIGN IN popup for:
WANT TO USE YOUR COMPANY OR SCHOOL ACCOUNT
Choose the Link – SIGN IN WITH AN ENTERPRISE ID
First try your name.name@det.nsw.edu.au email address and then click the Continue button and the Authentication should be complete or it may display portal signon which you will need to complete. You should not have to do it again.
Use the File Manager (Yellow Folder) to see your adobe files.
Righht Click on any one of them and choose Properties

Click on Change

Click OK and you have finished. Next time PDF's Should open in Acrobat DC

Click on the Windows Key to open up Program selection - Open up Adobe Creative Cloud Fig 1.
Enter your E-Mail address : Name.Name@det.nsw.edu.au >Click Continue Fig 2.
Select Company or School Account Fig 3.

4. You will now see the Creative Cloud Desktop. Don't worry about the Manage Apps warning
5. You can now open a PDF or the Adobe Acrobat DC
You can only have Signed In access to Adobe Acrobat on up to Two devices at ang given time. This means if you do the above on a device you do not use often then you MUST sign out of the Creative cloud and Acrobat DC. Closing them and shutting the device down, just leaves you still signed into the device and unlikely to open on any other device.
To Sign out on both Creative Cloud and Adobe Acrobat DC is the same process.
Go to the HELP tab (Fig 4,) choose Sign Out. Wait until it completes and then close the Creative Cloud Window. Repeat for Adobe acrobat DC

To fix this problem, try the following solutions in the order they appear below.
Quit Acrobat if it's open.
Press Ctrl+Alt+Delete on your keyboard, and then click Task Manager.
On the Processes tab, click the AcroTray.exe process to highlight it.
Click End Task. You may see a warning message, click Yes to confirm.
Launch Acrobat.
In Acrobat, choose Tools > Create PDF.
Select any file and convert it to PDF.
Sign in with an account that has a valid subscription, if prompted.
After the selected file is converted to PDF, end the AcroTray.exe process using the Task Manager. To do so, follow the steps suggested in Solution 1 above.
