Year 12 Hospitality Excursion to TAFE Ultimo

Our Year 12 Hospitality students recently enjoyed an excursion to the TAFE Ultimo Apprentice Restaurant. The visit included a guided tour of the training facilities followed by a delicious sit-down à la carte lunch, all served by the TAFE Hospitality students. 

The experience gave our students valuable insight into real-world restaurant operations, professional service standards, and the many career pathways available in the hospitality industry — including roles such as chefs, event managers, baristas, hotel supervisors, and restaurant owners. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the outstanding food and appreciated the opportunity to see hospitality in action at a professional level.
