The Hunter River Health Check is more than just a series of activities; it’s an engaging educational experience designed to connect young minds with the science and sustainability of their local environment. Annual workshops will alternate between Upper and Lower Hunter. This year, as part of Science Week, the workshop will be held at Gillieston Heights Community Garden in Maitland. The aim of Discovery Workshops is to deepen student's understanding of environmental science and its real-world applications.
