Staff will develop an understanding of the confirmed ARP timeline along with a clearer understanding of the project deliverables. The session provides staff with the opportunity to engage with colleagues (faculty & cross KLA) to examine and analyse their data sets as well as collaborating with others to clarify focus areas.

This session aims to provide staff with a deeper insight into the new faculty review format. From term 3 onwards, our attention will turn towards reviewing how faculties undertake and administer assessments across their respective KLA's.

PLEASE NOTE: Our external training provider has unfortunately had to cancel their session due to testing positive to COVID. In light of this, Paul and Naomi will provide brief training simply with the aim of getting staff up and running with the basics. We ask that faculties send up to 3 staff members up to IG.05 at the start of this session. This will run for approximately 20 minutes so that staff can head off to their rooms to test out the technology and familiarise themselves in their use and application.

We will be rescheduling training with SMART for an upcoming date in the future.

Some of our rooms have had new Interactive SMART Panels installed in the rooms listed below. The panels will provide you with opportunities to engage students using flexible instruction and active learning.

In order to maximise the application of these technologies, we will be organising additional training in the future as a means of developing digital champions across our school.

Please note that the new SMART boards are different technologies to the Prometheans.

This time has been allocated for HTs to lead their faculties in KLA specific professional learning or undertaking necessary planning / compliance and organisation for week 1.

Organisation for this session will be the responsibility of the faculty head teacher.
