What the Service Does: The Community Learning Disability Nursing team are specially trained nurses who work with both children and young people in their own home, or within local community resources who have:
Learning disability;
Health care needs;
Behavioural problems.
Age Range: Birth to End of Life
How to Access: Requests for support should be made via a Request for Assistance form (see bottom of the page) which should be emailed to EastLothianCLDT@nhslothian.scot.nhs.uk
