What the Service Does:  Kooth is an online platform available to all children and young people between 10 and 26 who have an East Lothian address. On Kooth young people can access high quality, carefully moderated self-help content, blogs, articles and forums about mental health and wellbeing and can also have text based conversations with real mental health practitioners/counsellors.
