Children's Services - Disability Team
What the Service Does: The Children’s Disability Team are a specific service within Children's Services who support children, young people and their families who have:
Severe or profound physical disability;
Profound sensory disability;
Complex health needs including progressive conditions;
Life-limiting conditions;
Moderate to severe developmental delay/learning disability;
Autism where there is another disability of a severe or profound nature;
A combination of disabilities that have a significant impact on the child.
Age Range: From birth to 18 years
