October Count Duplicate Documentation

During the official "duplicate phase", there are still some things we require of you. For any of the students whom you have chosen to concede enrollment on, that weren't summer withdrawals, we need you to upload a blank PDF, using a specific naming convention, including the student's name and SASID. 

For those students whom you are contesting, you will need to compile a list of reports on the student's enrollment into a large PDF, once again using a specific naming convention.
