Alma Imports & Quiz

• All Students and Parents will be inserted into Alma via Imports.   (details on each of the import pages/tabs on this site)

  • • • • There is not a way to insert this manually at this time (but should be coming)

• Staff can be inserted manually or with imports.  

  • • • • Detailed staff informaiton will be inserted with TABLE IMPORTS for their detailed information. 

• Classes and much more can be inserted via imports

You can't start imports and the tab won't appear in your Alma account until you take and pass the IMPORTS quiz:

**For help and videos on imports, go to two places:

1) In Navigator (in your admin portal)

• Go to "onboarding with Alma" and make sure you go to step 5. 

• There, you can see the two videos relating to imports, along with the link to the imports quiz at the bottom.

2) Alma Admin portal question mark

• Click on the question mark on the top right - which will bring you to the study guide

• Type in "Alma Videos" and click on the third category "imports" and type in the password listed
