Student Schedules 

Audit 25-26 - Preparation documents -Bell Schedules, Handbooks, Calendars and More:

• • • Please just be sure your MOST recent Bell schedules, calendars, handbooks, and hour calculation sheets are current and updated in the 25-26 Calendars and Bell Schedules and the handbooks folder in your dropbox.  If so - you don't have to resend those

    • Individual Student Schedules - available to us by October 1st for the audit submission.  

      • • This is either through just having your classes correct in Alma in order that WE could pull them at any time  - OR if you are doing your schedules OUTSIDE of alma than please put them in the "audit folder" in your dropbox.

1) Building schedules in Alma

                • This will ensure you can easily pull the individual student schedules from your reports tab as potentially needed for the audit.  You will go to "reports" - then type in Student Schedules, pick the PDF option and run the report.  This will pull each student's schedule perfectly out in a matter of minutes.   (See sample below)

                • Note -  If you are using ALMA generation - you don't have to put the schedules in dropbox. - we can grab them if needed 

2) If you are creating Schedules manually  - then they need to include at a minimum:

• • • • • • • • • An individual page per student

                • Program name (and logo) at the top

                • Full Student name

                • Grade

                • Term/School year (25-26)

                • Breakdown of each students bell schedule during the year showing which days and hours they are in class

        • We Strongly recommend keeping a second record of attendance outside of Alma -IF you aren't creating your exact bell schedules in Alma to match attendance perfectly.
