What is the Discipline Matrix?

The Board-approved discipline matrix provides a consistent framework to guide fair and equitable responses to student behavior across schools. Principals may rely on this matrix as written or adapt it to better meet the specific needs of their school communities while maintaining alignment with BOCES expectations. Scott and Trevor are also available to meet individually to discuss the matrix or address any questions or concerns.
