I entered text in the wrong form

If you entered text into the wrong form, either your SGL or the BSSS can delete the form for you.

Copy (CTRL + C) and paste (CTRL + V) the text you have written into another document (e.g. blank word processing document) so that you can copy the work into the correct form.

Let your SGL know that you need them to delete the form.

If it can't be deleted, the OBSSS staff can delete it.

I entered text in the wrong form but the form is now locked because I submitted it

Talk with your SGL -- they can return the form to the reviewer, and you can get your text back from there.

If you get into a pickle where you and your SGL can't get access, contact the Office of the BSSS on bsssenquiries@act.gov.au or the office representative at your venue.  If ACS has saved it, we can copy your text for you and send it to you in an email. If you lost connectivity or something unanticipated happened in ACS, we may not be able to rescue your text.
