Head to the Moderation Presentation Review Groups page. There, you can assign yourself and your fellow moderators to a group. This group is the group that will fill in the Presentation Review Proforma – or ‘green form’ – together, so in most subjects it will be a group of four people – two pairs.
Use the plus to add people to the group, come up with a group name, add your SGL’s name, write a group name and press save. The minimum size for a group is one, and there is no maximum size set. Follow the direction of your SGL in determining the required numbers for each group.
Once all names have been entered, click on the “update” button on the left hand side of the screen. Ask all reviewers to refresh this page now. Once you have refreshed the page your screen will look similar to the screenshot below:
