During the project, you are going to be developing the skills needed to produce an Extended Essay.
On Tuesday 9th June you will need to submit your mini Exended Essay to Mrs Shippey
Requirements:
Maximum of 1700 words (in your IB this will really be a project of 4000 words)
The essay should use two school subjects eg. Geography and Biology etc. (in the IB for an Interdisciplinary Extended Essay there is a requirement to link together two subjects)
(Not a requirement but), it should be about something you are interested in!
When you work on the project will be down to you. There is written information as well as helpful videos. You will be assigned a teacher supervisor who will guide you with the project and will have 3 formal meetings with you.
There are 3 key checkpoints that you will need to observe to keep you on course for finishing on time

Proof of progress (500 words) emailed to Supervisor
