📋 Final Checklist – What Must Be on Your Learner Passport

·        🔹 General Requirements

·        At least one long-term engagement

·        One SL Collaborative Project with 2–3 students

·        Clear documentation showing sustained effort over time

·        Reflections for each engagement

·        All 3 interviews completed and recorded on ManageBac

·        🔹 For Each Engagement, Include:

·        ✅ Title & Description – What it was and why it mattered

·        ✅ Planning – Notes, goals, timelines, meeting minutes

·        ✅ Action – Photos, videos, documents, communication

·        ✅ Reflection – Personal learning, ethical thinking, growth

·        ✅ Outcomes – Which SL outcomes were addressed

·        ✅ (Optional) Supervisor Feedback – Quote or screenshot from community partner

·        🧾 Your CE Will Be Evaluated On:

·        Completion of all required elements

·        Ethical reflection and personal learning

·        Documentation quality and consistency

·        Evidence of growth and sustained commitment
