🔧 Community-Based Learning & Research

Learning from or with the community, developing understanding before acting.

• Investigating barriers to youth employment in the local area by interviewing job centers, businesses, and NGOs, followed by creating a youth guide or website.
  
  

• Collaborating with elderly residents to document stories of migration or resilience, and creating a podcast archive that connects history to current identity issues.
  
  

• Researching accessibility challenges in public spaces and presenting findings to the local council to inform future infrastructure planning.

Acting with the community to raise awareness or drive change.

• Creating an inclusive communication campaign with and for neurodiverse students in the school, promoting better peer understanding.
