Please join the Garden Science Committee on Konstella to help coordinate activities. We are seeking Garden Maintenance Co-Chairs and Garden Docents for every class. 

Typical Garden Science Committee Events: 

• School-wide composting drive 

  • September, November and April

• Kindness Rock Garden

  • Annual event to discuss kindness and paint rocks with kind words and happy thoughts 

• Earth Week

  • Bread Tag Recycling

  • Composting and Vermicomposting 101 Demo

  • Planting Food Scraps Demo

• Garden Maintenance

  • Typically meet 1 Saturday/month 9:00-10:30 am to maintain the school gardens
