Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. Do I need to attend all sessions?

No. You may register for only one (hour long session) or you may register for many (hour long) sessions throughout the day. You can only attend one workshop title per session offered. The maximum amount of sessions for the day is 7.

  1. Will CTLE credit be provided for each session that I attend?

Yes. A one hour workshop will receive one hour of CTLE credit.

  1. How will I receive the links to attend the sessions?

The link for each individual session will be emailed directly to you. You should receive the link(s) by May 18th.

  1. What platform will the webinars use?

Each presenter may use a different platform (Zoom, WebEx, etc.) so it is advised that you login to the session approximately 10 min early to check your access.

  1. Can I register even if I don't have a MyLearningPlan account?

Yes, but you will need to create an account. You can visit this Google link to access directions on how to do so.

  1. I received an error message after registering. Am I registered?

If you receive an email confirmation of your registration within 24 hours (check your junk mail too :)) you are all set. There is no error with your registration.

  1. My name is on a wait list for a session. Should I wait to see if a spot opens up?

Some of the sessions have a wait list as big as 20 seats. It is unlikely that all people on the wait list will be contacted to join the session. It is recommended that you find another session to join that does not have a wait list.
