The DSWD Central Office, through the Human Resource Management and Development Service (HRMDS), is undergoing the accreditation journey towards Integrated HRM (Maturity Level III) under the Civil Service Commission's Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence for Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM). This programs seek to promote the capabilities and efficiancy of human resources functions by integrating the four (4) core HR systems within the organization namely Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP), Performance Management (PM), Learning and Development (L&D), and Rewards and Recognition (R&R). It is noteworthy to mention that the DSWD Central Office is a PRIME-HRM Bronze Award (Maturity Level II), which has been conferred per CSC Resolution No. 2200539 dated 8 November 2022. In line with this, the Departments goals and strategic objectives, to attain a higher PRIME HRM Maturity Level, PRIME TIME Sessions was created. It is open to all DSWD Officials, and employees which provides information drive on the PRIME-HRM journey of DSWD Central Office and advocate for HR excellence. This happens every last Thursday of the month (February to November 2025) at 3:00pm to 4:00pm via GMeet.
