STRENGTHENING THE CORE HRM SYSTEMS
Learning and Development Intervention for L&D Central and Field Office Focals 2024
Understanding the critical role that Learning & Development (L&D) focal persons play in promoting strategic growth, the Human Resource Management and Development Service (HRMDS), through the Learning and Development Division (LDD), took the initiative to organize an inventive Learning and Development Intervention (LDI) in Aklan from June 3–7, 2024.
The program touched on non-formal and non-training learning interventions, as well as the development of efficient communication plans and strategies that align with PRIME-HRM and the DSWD Strategic Plan 2024–2028. It was a thorough and practical experience. This endeavor was a success and established a new benchmark for quality and innovation in the area by bringing L&D practices in line with the larger objectives of the DSWD.
