CSC Assistance Meeting
Last March 2024, the PRIME-HRM Core Team seek assistance of the CSC FO BIR/COA/HOR, regarding the Self-Assessment Tool and Action Plan of the Department.
With the participation of the Office of the Undersecretary, the Assistant Secretary for GASSG, Atty. Gina V. Wenceslao, the assistance was graced by Director Hans Alcantara, Director II of CSC FO BIR/COA/HOR.
Leadership Session on PRIME-HRM
As part of strengthening the Human and the Organizational Capital of the DSWD, the Department aspires to achieve the Level III (Integrated HRM), the DSWD Officials and Middle Managers are critical to PRIME-HRM's success as their leadership, support, and strategic guidance enable the program to promote meritocracy and excellence in human resource management within the organization.
With the crucial roles entrusted to our leaders and middle managers, the Human Resource Management and Development Service-Learning and Development Division (HRMDS-LDD) proposed a Semestral Learning Sessions on PRIME-HRM.
National Management Development Conference
The Assistant Commissioner Nerissa Canguilan graced the Department through a Leadership Session on PRIME-HRM during the National Management Development Conference. The AsCom primed the DSWD leaders on their role on the achievement of an Integrated HRM.

Benchmarking on DA-Philippine Rice Research Institute
During the CY 2024 Human Resource Conference held on 8-12 July 2024, Director Hans Alcantara of the Civil Service Commission shared that the DA-Philippine Rice Research Institute has completed the assessment and was recommended for PRIME-HRM Maturity Level III. Accordingly, the HRMDS has formally received the confirmation of the benchmarking request of the PRIME-HRM Core Team in the DA-Philippine Rice Research Institute dated 22 July 2024. The benchmarking visit was set on 29 August 2024 in Nueva Ecija.
Benchmarking with Securities and Exchange Commission
On 12 December 2024, the HRMDS Core Team for PRIME-HRM benchmarked with the SEC to learn from the best practices relative to the four (4) core HR areas: RSP; PM; L&D; and R&R and provide guidance on the (1) Evidence requirements for PRIME-HRM Level III; (2) Preparations for assessment and action planning; (3) Data generation in the Human Resource Information System; and (4) Actual conduct of assessment.
