On 27 January 2025, the HRMDS Senior Staff, HRMIS Team, and ICTMS focal persons met with the awarded service provider, Doña Alejandra, Inc., an IT solutions provider that specializes in designing and developing customized solutions and services for government agencies in the Philippines.

The Kick-Off Meeting discussed the project deliverables, timelines, scope of work, and project management team among others.

For February to March 2025, the DAI project management team met with the HRIS focal persons from the HRMDS divisions to discuss the process flow, data fields, and reports to be generated under the following modules: Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP), Learning and Development (L&D), Performance Management (PM), Rewards and Recognition (R&R), Personnel Administration, and Workforce Modules
