In this project, we picked a song and analyzed its lyrics. We  identified and explained at least three literary devices used in the song.  We wrote our thesis, evidence, and argument, then converted it into an rhetorical analysis essay format to defend our song, explain why it is considered poetry, and how it is the best song ever.

Our assignment was to write an essay about why Arthur Miller wrote The Crucible, using the essay he wrote called "Why I Wrote The Crucible" We had to cite what rhetorical devices he uses in his essay to effectively explain the reason he wrote The Crucible.

Our assignment was to write an argumenaive essay and choose a stance on weather or not Bacas's claim that America values possesions of time spent other is true. I said that her claim was valid and I pulled evidence from my own personal experience, from Youtubers, and the GreatGatsby book. One thing I did really well on was creating an effective counter claim, and still defending my stance on the topic to gain the complexity, and sophistication.  

In this project, I worked with a group to analyze Ten Arguments for Deleting Your Social Media Accounts Right Now by Jaron Lanier. Together, we created a presentation breaking down the author’s main argument, supporting claims, and evidence, while also examining rhetorical strategies. I contributed by helping explain key ideas, analyzing quotes, and connecting them to the overall message. This project helped me improve my teamwork, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
