In world literature we started an assignment to bring more awareness to problems around the world. So we had to research what conflict that we wanted to bring more awareness to. Then make a poster or a propaganda about the conflict. The world issue I chose to work on is climate change. The reason of the choosing of climate change is to focus on the impact on our planet and future generations. The propaganda is an issue that touches every aspect of our lives, from the environment and economy to social justice and global security. By addressing climate change, we have the opportunity to reduce its devastating effects, safeguard vulnerable communities, and preserve the rich biodiversity of our planet. Moreover, taking action on climate change offers a chance to foster innovation, create green jobs, and build a more sustainable and fair world for all.
Today in class we finished the rest of our recording for the movie. then we started editing the video. Then answered some questions dealing with our movie. Then finally I made our poster for the movie.
Today in class we started our recording for acts one and two. We filmed on the ninth-grade balcony and the athletic field for our scenes. On Wednesday we need to film our last scene. Then we are going to edit everything to be under five minutes to pass the restraints.
Today in class we finished our first and second scenes. We began doing our third scene. We only have four scenes that we have to do. During the next class period, we are going to present what we have written down and get feedback on it. And make corrections
Today in class we moved our story from the plot diagram into the screenwriting and made scenes from it. Today we only started on the first one since we had to finish our plot diagram from the first class period.
Today in class we chose what ancient civilization we wanted to do. In Greece, I chose Athens, Greece. We had to work in groups. We had to do a G.R.A.P.E.S chart. The G.R.A.P.E chart is basically the geography, religion, achievements, politics, economics, and the society of the civilization we're making. Our group did really well since we were able to finish all of the grapes questions without fail.
Today in class we started a project about ancient architecture and we got into groups and chose what ancient empire we wanted to do. I ended up choosing ancient Greece. We had to choose 5 questions to answer and put them inside of a slide. Then, lastly, we had to present it to the class.
Today in class, we formed into groups to start a project on ancient civilization and the first thing we had to do was sign a contract and make rules for the group.
