For this project, we needed to create an image that represents who we are (ie our identity). We've been talking about what identities we use everyday and the ups and downs of each one.

This project really shows us who we are without words and the ones I've seen from my other classmates clearly show who they are too. This was a nice change of pace, being a short and simple project to complete. Additionally, we needed to write an artist statement to cap it all off and the one I did goes more in depth on each individual image in the portrait

This is an extention of the Identity Portrait, being an artist statement for the portrait. The statement goes into detail on how it was made, what was the purpose of each image, and how it relates to each other.
