Each of the 5 conference rooms contains the following components

The conference rooms are managed by different departments within the CDE. Each group has a different reservation system. Click the Reserve button below to access the system that which is managing reservations for that space

How to use the equipment
How to use the equipment
To connect to the A/V equipment in the CDE, you must have a device or adapter that has a USB connection and HDMI connection. Without these 2 connections, you cannot connect to the TV and Webcam
HDMI Connection - The HDMI connection is required to allow the TV to display the device
USB connection - The USB connection is required to work with the Logitech WebCam
If you require an HDMI / USB adapter, these adapters are not provided by the University. You are responsible for having your own adapter to connect to the equipment.
The TV's are not connected to the internet purposely to deter individuals from downloading and using apps (such as Netflix or Hulu). To use the equipment, you must provide your own device.

Use the remote control to power on the TV
The remote should be located on the window sill as the remotes are solar poweredConnect the USB cable and HDMI cable to your device
The TV will recognize that a device / PC (Personal Computer) is connected to the TV. See image at left NOTE: A PC can a be a mac or windows device
Once the connection is successful, the picture on your device should appear on the TV screen.
When done, turn the TV off via the remote and return the TV remote to the window sill with the room label face-up so that it may continue to charge
