Lasallians!

Students whose unofficial enrollment was automatically dropped by the system may request reinstatement due to valid and compelling reasons.

To make a reinstatement request, please access this form: https://tinyurl.com/OAVCASGoogleForm. Kindly take note that requests with incomplete requirements will not be processed and that the reinstatement fee of Php 2,000 is waived this term.

For students who have paid but whose payment records were not updated should fill out https://tinyurl.com/OCFOGoogleForm. Such accounts are deemed unpaid and included in the automated dropping process.

Lasallians!

Please take note of the guidelines regarding the Dropping and Withdrawal of Courses for Term 3, AY 2020-2021.

Courses may be dropped online through the animo.sys, except for students who shall be required to use the manual dropping system.

Undergraduate and Graduate students may also withdraw from their courses on Jul 19 to Aug 23 2021 (Week 5 to Week 10-Day 1, with no refund).

Please be guided accordingly.
