DROPPING & WITHDRAWAL

Dropping or Withdrawal of courses refers to the process in which a student voluntarily unenrolls from a course.

    • Dropped courses do not appear in the Transcript of Records and are treated as if these were not enrolled and can only be done up to week 4 of the term.

    • Withdrawn courses, on the other hand, appear in the Transcript of Records as “W”.

In line with the no fail policy, if a student fails a subject, a grade of W is given instead of 0.
