[USG ANNOUNCE]

Lasallians!

The Office of the University Registrar has announced the Schedule of Application to Graduate for Term 3, AY 2020-2021.

The online facility shall be accessible from August 23, 2021, to September 11, 2021, from 8:00AM to 5:00PM (Mondays to Saturdays). Kindly take note of your college's respective schedules found in the guidelines.

Students who are not certain of their academic completion are advised to complete the Application to Graduate and further advised not to wait until the end of the term to apply.

Please take note of the guidelines regarding the Dropping and Withdrawal of Courses for Term 3, AY 2020-2021.

Courses may be dropped online through the animo.sys, except for students who shall be required to use the manual dropping system.

Undergraduate and Graduate students may also withdraw from their courses on Jul 19 to Aug 23 2021 (Week 5 to Week 10-Day 1, with no refund).

Please be guided accordingly.

The Online Request for Documents facility is now open. However, the following guidelines pertaining to Request for Documents (RFDs) found below will be observed.

For request of documents such as Transcript of Records, you may request it via https://www.dlsu.edu.ph/offices/registrar/cost-of-studies/request-for-documents/ while other documents that are not readily available may be requested by emailing hub@dlsu.edu.ph.

We request the kind understanding and patience on any delay that may be experienced with processing and/or delivery of documents as offices operate on a limited capacity.

ON EXCUSED ABSENCES FOR STUDENTS WITH COVID-19

Lasallians!

This is to inform everyone that Special Excused Absences have NO maximum duration and shall be determined on a case to case basis. Hence, students can apply for more than 14 days, especially if their conditions are severe.

The April 6 HDA also states that “students with excused absence due to covid are allowed to make up for missed requirements during the leave, up to the following trimester.”
